Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping fees are calculated depending on where shipping address is located and how much the shipment weighs. 

​Shipping time does not include 5-7 working day processing period required to process your order from the date it is placed. -Processing time is 1-3 days Monday-Friday (This does not include USPS travel time)***

We will make ever effort to deliver your package ASAP. However additional time may be required due to COVID-19.​​​

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS as soon as possible.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available on Friday ONLY between the hours of 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm by appointment. Please text your Name and Confirmation # to 415-NUYU-SPA
