Appointments & Payment: A valid credit or debit card is required on file to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless payment is required for a specific service. Payment for your service is due at the time of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, please call or text 415-NUYU-SPA or 901-206-5530. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please call or text 415-NUYU-SPA or 901-206-5530. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and there is not enough time to safely and properly complete your service, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment or contact NuYu Glow Spa will be considered a no-show and is subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. Card on File: By booking an appointment, you authorize NuYu Glow Spa to securely keep your payment method on file and charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. If a payment is declined, any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Health & Service Safety: Please disclose all allergies, medications, medical conditions, recent procedures, and skincare products that may affect your service. NuYu Glow Spa reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary for your safety. Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact NuYu Glow Spa as soon as possible so we can review it with you. Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to NuYu Glow Spa’s booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies and authorize applicable fees to be charged to the payment method on file.
